Today's Steps

The Protocol

Three steps. Six weeks. One human in the loop.

01

Wear the device.

We ship you a VP Human Performance Collective wearable on day one — yours to keep. Wear it 24/7. It captures HRV, sleep architecture, resting heart rate, recovery and movement.

02

Your data syncs itself.

No weekly uploads. No screenshots. Your wearable streams data into the VP Human Performance Collective platform automatically. Our AI runs the first pass in the background — surfacing patterns, flagging shifts, prepping the read.

03

A human reads it. Every week.

AI does not replace the human in the loop. Your Human Performance Trainer reviews your data weekly and meets with you 1:1 every fortnight. They tell you exactly what to change next — sleep window, light exposure, training load, nutrition timing, recovery work, mental perspective, cognitive reframing

AI runs the background. Humans run the protocol.

What's Inside

Everything you need to perform at your peak

No vague wellness package. A device, a human, a structured 6 week protocol, and the accountability to actually run it.

Before/after performance report

Before/after performance report

  • VP Human Performance Collective wearable. Yours to keep at the end of the pilot.
  • Automatic data sync. No uploads, no screenshots — your wearable streams into the platform in the background.
  • Weekly read by a human. Your Human Performance Trainer reviews your numbers every week.
  • Fortnightly 1:1 coaching call. Thirty minutes with your Trainer, every two weeks.
  • Mid-cycle check-ins. Short prompts when your numbers shift unexpectedly.
  • Neuroscience-led protocols. Light, sleep, training load, nutrition, supplementation, breathwork.
  • Private cohort group. The other 19 pilot participants. Closed.
  • Before/after performance report. A written read of your week-1 baseline vs. week 6.

Our Story

From reactive care to proactive performance.

VP Human Performance Collective is the next chapter of Virtual Psychologist, founded by Dervla Loughnane. For eight years, we ran a text-based clinical service that reached thousands of Australians in difficult moments.

What we kept hearing was that people didn't just want help when things got hard — they wanted the tools to stay sharp in the first place. To build resilience, optimise performance, and take control of their physical, mental, and cognitive output before anything broke.

VP Human Performance Collective is that chapter. Grounded in behavioural neuroscience and powered by wearable intelligence, it's built to help high-performers thrive — not just survive.

The Human in the Loop

A Human Performance Trainer reads your data. Every week.

VP Human Performance Collective Trainers are multidisciplinary practitioners. They bring training in neuroscience and psychology, sport and exercise science, personal training, nutrition, and supplementation — paired with formal training in how to read and act on wearable health data. The combination is rare. It's why this works.

Neuroscience & PsychologyUnderstanding how your nervous system responds to stress, sleep, and load — and how to shift it.
Sport & Exercise ScienceTraining programming that respects recovery signals and builds fitness without burnout.
Nutrition & SupplementationFuelling protocols timed around your circadian rhythm, training, and sleep windows.
Personal TrainingMovement coaching that adapts week-to-week based on what your wearable data is saying.

Every Trainer is trained in how to interpret wearable health data and translate it into a weekly protocol.

Built on Neuroscience

The same neuroscience the world's best human-performance researchers are publishing right now.

VP Human Performance Collective protocols draw on peer-reviewed research in heart rate variability and autonomic regulation, circadian biology and morning light exposure, sleep architecture, and applied behavioural neuroscience. This is not therapy. It is a structured, measurable, neuroscience-led approach to changing what your nervous system does day-to-day.

Heart Rate Variability

the cleanest proxy we have for autonomic state.

Circadian Biology

light, temperature, and timing are the most underused performance levers.

Sleep Architecture

recovery is built in deep and REM, not on a dashboard.

Behavioural Neuroscience

structured habits turn signal into lasting change.

This VP Human Performance Collective trial is not for everyone

This trial is for you if…

  • You're 30–55, high-achieving, and pushing for the next level of performance.
  • You think of yourself as a biohacker — you read Huberman, you've tried a CGM, you care about HRV.
  • You want an edge — focus, recovery, energy, sleep — not a diagnosis.
  • You're based on the Gold Coast and open to being filmed.
  • You believe behaviour change requires accountability, not a self-help book.

This trial is not for you if…

  • You're looking for a Medicare-rebated service or Mental Health Care Plan.
  • You're actively managing a medical condition and need primary clinical care.
  • You want a device-only purchase with no coaching.
  • You're outside the Gold Coast for the duration of the pilot.
